Event / Program Proposals

The Lake Geneva Public Library champions lifelong learning and access to information, resources, and services for all community members. One of the many ways we strive to fulfill this mission is by offering programs at the library for all ages. These events are free and open to all, and promote literacy, foster intellectual curiosity, provide continuing education opportunities, and allow us to partner with local community and business organizations.

Library events are generally planned 4 months in advance to allow for scheduling and inclusion in library program newsletters. Program proposals are carefully reviewed by our staff librarians, who select those which are aligned with our strategic planning objectives, library policies, and community feedback. Due to the level of interest in library programming, we cannot always contact all applicants – if your program is of interest to us, we will contact you.
